The 'Baías e Enseadas' wine comes from a modest plot of 1.5 hectares of vineyards. Daniel Afonso is the project's mentor, distinguishing himself on the wine scene not for his scale, but for the exceptional quality and authenticity of the wines he produces. When the company H.M Caneira was formalized, suckling pig à negrais had long since become part of the canons of Sintra's gastronomy.
